Facilities and booking conditions 

  • Two night minimum stay 

  • Non smoking house 

  • Full payment must be recieved two weeks prior to arrival.

  • No pets

  • No organised parties 

  • 3 bedrooms: 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, accommodating up to 6 guests.

  • All linen provided - sheets, towels and tea towels, however own beach towels are required 

  • Fully self contained 

  • Reverse cycle air conditioning 

  • Washing machine, ironing facilities and hair dryer 

  • Flatscreen television 

  • Games and Books 

  • Bathroom with bath
